To do the colored background behind the fish, use Stampendous' reverse image background stamp (which is a square piece of solid rubber mounted on wood). Ink one half of the solid stamp surface with a gold color cube and the other half with a bluish/green color cube and then stamp it onto a very textured paper. After the pigment ink is dry, stamp the fish image, in black ink, on top of it.

Mount this on corrugated paper, which then gets mounted onto a recycled brown card stock with the leaf stamp impressions.
