Materials needed:

Strips of crepe paper approx. 2 inches wide
1 spool from sewing thread
Clear spray fixative

Instructions:

1) Thread one end of the crepe paper through the hole in the spool

2) Twist and pull the crepe paper through the spool

3) Spray the cord-like raffia with fixative.
