Chicken Casserole

1 box Stove Top stuffing (chicken)
6-8 chicken thighs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Mozzarella cheese

Boil chicken in salted water until fully cooked. When cool, shred chicken and spread in a 9" x 13" pan. Cook stuffing according to box instructions, and layer over chicken.

Mix cream of mushroom and cream of chicken in a separate bowl (DO NOT add any water as instructed on the can). Spread over stuffing layer, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on the top.

Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for about half an hour.

Note: You can also add other things like onions, mushrooms, and slivered almonds before baking.
