Chesapeake House Crab Cakes

2 slices bread
1 lb. crabmeat
1 tsp. Old Bay seafood seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1 TBS. mayonnaise
1 TBS. Worchestershire sauce
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp. mustard
Vegetable oil for frying

Break bread into small pieces and moisten with water. Mix all ingredients and shape into cakes. Fry quickly until golden brown. Preparation time is 15 minutes and serves 4.
