Apple
Stuffed Pork Chops

2 thick pork
chops
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. parsley, minced
1/8 tsp. sage, fresh
1/8 tsp. sweet basil, fresh
1 tsp. onion, grated
1/4 cup apples, diced
1/8 cup pecans, chopped fine
3 TBS milk
Dash of pepper, fresh
Oil
Cut pockets in
sides of pork chops. Brown chops in oil. Mix remaining ingredients
and stuff chops. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Preparation
time is 50 minutes and serves 2.
