Submitted by: Jan Donovan (N. Carolina) 1 onion, chopped fine Brown onion in butter. Set aside. Thaw spinach, drain and add to chicken broth with salt, pepper, and onion. Bring to a boil. Place mixture in blender and add cream cheese. Blend and chill. Serves 6 to 8 as first course of meal. |
