Submitted by: Jan Donovan (N. Carolina) 4 cups flour Combine dry ingredients; cut in butter. Add buttermilk, stirring until moistened. On lightly floured board, knead 4 - 5 times. Cut biscuits rather thickly and put on lightly greased cookie sheet. Brush top with margarine and bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 10 - 15 minutes. Makes 24 biscuits. |
